According to @LAKAYINFO1 , Haiti’s main public port is under the control of two oligarchs, Philippe Coles and Édouard Baussan, until 2059. The agreement was initiated in 2015, under the Martelly-Paul government, when the APN was led by Alix Célestin, then renewed and strengthened in 2023 under the leadership of Jocelin Villier, during Ariel Henry’s term. @josephlunieOFF #13Oct
