There, Suzihiriyanti, who appears as the manager of Blue Planet at the same address, is highly likely to be a nominee director as well. So, not the real shareholder. Interpave Limited and Valia Nominees Limited become the combined shareholders, but they don't own Butko—they're not real shareholders; they're in a representative role. This nominee thing we're talking about is used as a front in offshore companies with this method. On the Rabidi N.V. side, the company is shown as bankrupt. They've tried to cut off the money flow. It's a situation that happens in shipping. Shipowners who don't want to pay thousands/millions of dollars can show the company as bankrupt to escape. If you look at Tilaros and Tranello Limited, the betting revenues flow not to the casino vault but to an intermediary payment company. How do we know this? Because in bankrupt companies, the casino account would be frozen, so a payment agent steps in between. Our prosecutor's office sometimes runs operations on payment institutions—not for nothing. Even if it's not directly related to Turkey, they might try to use a payment institution in Turkey as an intermediary to launder the money. In these kinds of cases, the prosecutor's office has even more details on the matter. There's a two-way arrow between Inpay A/S and Tilaros. It says EMI, which stands for electronic money institution, meaning a digital payment method via Denmark has been used. This way, money obtained through an offshore company is funneled into the EU system from Denmark. They've done in Denmark the example I gave in the paragraph above about some payment institutions in Turkey. Bitspide is about cryptocurrency, but I have no knowledge of how cryptocurrencies work. I'll skip this part, but let me say this: it's in the position of a second channel in these payment methods. From Rabidi N.V. to the Andonio side, 1.2M euros has gone out. Here, an asset transfer was made but the money wasn't paid—most likely, there's internal asset hiding within the company. If there are lawsuits, they're probably fleeing from creditors. We mentioned nominee above; Andonio's nominee directors are Starkeast Management and Wyze Management. Here again, they're trying to hide the real owner. They've gathered the companies in Cyprus, gotten licensing in Curacao, and tried to bring the money in from Estonia and Denmark. Just so there's no confusion here—anyone who reads the article carefully will notice this—I started with "Estonia licensed" and ended with "Curacao license."
